Of course, I had to include comics! It was incredibly difficult to choose specific examples for this, but I think I managed to pick some that have a lot of meaning to me and are influential to my artwork.

Putty Pygmalion

Putty Pygmalion is a delightful mixed media comic. It was self published in 2023 as a digital download, but is available through Silver Sprocket as a physical book.

I actually got my copy at a convention, and the author signed it for me! :D Their approach to visuals is so striking and has stuck with me quite a bit, inspiring me to experiment with more mediums.

Be Kind My Neighbor

Yugo Limbo

This is an incredibly stylish graphic novel. It was published on Silver Sprocket in 2022. 500 pages of romance, horror and psychedelic visuals.

They have also created two amazing games that are very dear to me. I will never stop recommending that people check out Yugo Limbo's work. Their storytelling is phenomenal and always hits an emotional cord no matter how abstract the concept may be.
